　General Nice Development Ltd. Is an international trading company, registered in Hong Kong in 1992. Over the past ten years, it established subsidiaries in Tianjin, Shenzhen, Taiyuan, Xiaoyi in China mainland and also numbers of wholly owned and joint venture companies in Hong Kong and Thailand. 中外合资山西楼东俊安煤气化有限公司

　　根据俊安发展集团有限公司的长期发展战略需要，在与山西省孝义市楼东工贸集团公司长期合作的基础上，双方于 2000 年组建中外合资山西楼东俊安煤气化有限公司，总投资达 2.8 亿元人民币，俊安集团控股 55 ％。该项目集选煤、炼焦、化产、发电为一体，设有年入洗原煤 92 万吨的选煤厂；年产 48 万吨优质机焦以及化工副产品的焦化厂；年发电量 7200 万度的煤气、矸石发电厂、工程于 2001 年 9 月竣工投产。

　　楼东俊安煤气化工程的正式投产，可以更加优化配置综合利用煤炭资源，也必将为企业创造可观的经济效益、环保效益和社会效益，同时，预示着俊安发展集团更辉煌的明天。

Shanxi Loudong-General Nice Coking & Gas Co., Ltd.

　To the development strategy of GN Group, on the basis of long-term cooperation, a new joint venture company —— Shanxi loudong General Nice Coking & Gas Co., Ltd. was founded with Loudong Industry & Trade Enterprise Corporation. Its total investment is about RMB 280 million, while GN Group holds 55% shares. The whole project includes three integrated plants —— a coal-washing plant with production capacity of 920 thousand tons of raw coal per year, a batteries coking plant with annual capacity of coke (dry basis ) 480 thousand tons and a refuse power plant with capacity of total power generating 72 million kwh per year. The project was put into use in September 2001.

　The establishment of this company will help to bring about the local coal source more efficient and rational utilization. It will benefit us greatly in many ways, such as the economy, the environment and society. Meanwhile it predicts a better future for GN Group.
